You can order directly through our website, just like any regular purchase.

Alternatively, fill in the request form under plan-managed plans tab above to request an invoice 

Here’s what to do:

Add your item/s to your cart

Check out online

We’ll pack and send your order

Please email hello@zlumbers.com with your Order# requesting a PDF Invoice payment confirmation, along with your child's full name & reference number (to be added to the invoice)

Upload your invoice to your NDIS portal for reimbursement

Our products may be claimable under your NDIS plan if they are considered reasonable and necessary.

Need an invoice for your plan manager? Complete the form below and we’ll organise the invoice for you.

Here’s what to do:

We’ll send an invoice 
to you

Send this invoice to your plan manager for payment

Once payment is received, we’ll process and dispatch your order

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way

Once your plan manager processes payment, we’ll get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

NDIA Managed Plans

Here’s what to do:

Request a quote from Zlumbers and submit it for NDIA approval via your NDIS portal or Local Area Coordinator.

Once approved, we’ll process your order and your parcel will be on its way.

 

Approval is required before your order can be processed.
