Shipping Policy

At Zlumbers, we aim to deliver your purchases as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about shipping.

Please note: We currently ship within Australia only.

 

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer capped shipping rates Australia-wide, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

 

4. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as carrier or weather delays).

 

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or missing, please contact us at hello@zlumbers.com with your order number and we’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Returns & Change of Mind

We want you to feel confident shopping with Zlumbers. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition

With all tags attached

In original packaging

 

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable after inspection, excluding original shipping and return postage costs.

For hygiene reasons, washed or worn sleepwear cannot be returned for change-of-mind purchases.
This does not apply to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

 

2. Exchanges (Including Size Exchanges)

We know finding the perfect fit may take a try or two.

Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receipt

Items must meet the return conditions above

Return postage for the original item is the customer’s responsibility

Zlumbers covers the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you

Exchanges are subject to availability

Sale or special-offer items are not eligible for exchange unless faulty

 

3. Faults, Warranty & Complaints

While we hope every Zlumbers item arrives perfectly, sometimes mistakes or manufacturing faults can happen.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@zlumbers.com and we’ll make it right.

Once we receive and assess the returned item, a replacement or refund will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable after inspection.

Where a refund is provided due to a faulty or incorrect item, original shipping costs will also be refunded.

Care & Warranty Exclusions

To protect the performance and lifespan of your Zlumbers sleepwear, care instructions must be followed carefully.

  • Use a delicate cycle when washing or drying.
  • Do not exceed 40°C water or drying temperatures.
  • Excessive heat may compromise waterproof materials, bonding, and taped seam adhesives.
  • Damage caused by washing or drying above recommended temperatures, harsh cycles, or failure to follow care instructions is considered misuse and is not covered under warranty.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

4. Returns & Shipping Responsibility

When returning items for a refund, exchange, or complaint:

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

We recommend using tracked postage and keeping your tracking details.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit where a tracked shipping method has not been used.
